LRS Bianchi Type-II Universe with Anisotropic Dark Energy and Dynamical Equation of State
Abstract
We have studied a locally rotationally symmetric (LRS) Bianchi type- II cosmological model in the presence of an anisotropic fluid in general relativity. The exact solutions of Einstein’s field equations are obtained by utilizing a special form of the Hubble’s parameter that yields a time-varying deceleration parameter. The derived model corresponds to an early decelerating and late-time accelerating universe, which gives an appropriate description of the universe consistent with recent cosmic observations. The physical and geometrical behaviors of the cosmological model have been discussed.
