Mesostratum: A Signal Transmission Modality

Abstract

A conceptual framework is described to illustrate the transcendent nature of the observer’s consciousness and its relation to the physical world. The proposed framework is based on deductions and information revealed primarily by waveform phenomena which are demonstrably transcendent. An essential feature of the framework is the mesostratum; a signal transmission modality. This paper suggests ways to access and explore the mesostratum.
