String Cosmological Models with Bulk Viscosity in a Modified Theory of Gravity
Abstract
Spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi Type - II, VIII & IX string cosmological models with bulk viscosity in the framework of f(R, T) gravity proposed by Harko et al. [1] have been obtained with an appropriate choice of the function f(R, T). Discussed about isotropic models and established that no real Bianchi type IX model exists. All the anisotropic models obtained and presented here are expanding, accelerating and free from singularities. Some important features of the models, thus obtained, have been discussed.
