Harmonic, Stirling & Bernoulli Numbers

Abstract

We give an elementary deduction of Cheon-(El-Mikkawy)’s identity for Bernoulli numbers Bn  in terms of Stirling and harmonic numbers. Besides, this identity implies the Luschny’s expression for the Bn.
