Higher Dimensional FRW Perfect Fluid Cosmological Models in f(R, T) Gravity
Abstract
A new class of spatially homogeneous five dimensional FRWcosmological models filled with perfect fluid in the framework of f(R, T) gravity proposed by Harko et al. (2011) have been studied with a suitable choice of the function f(R, T) = f1(R) + f2(T). The models obtained and presented here are anisotropic, expanding and free from singularities. Also, some important properties of the models including look-back time, distance modulusand luminosity distance versus redshift with their significances are discussed.
