Spherically Symmetric Universe with Holographic Dark Energy & Generalized Chaplygin Gas
Abstract
In this paper we have studied five dimensional spherically symmetric space-time filled with matter and holographic dark energy within a scalar-tensor theory proposed by Brans and Dicke [1]. Here we assume that matter and holographic dark energy are interacting minimally. We have investigated geometric and kinematical properties of the model and the role of holographic dark energy in the evolution of the spherically symmetric universe. We established a correspondence between the holographic dark energy model with the generalised Chaplygin gas dark energy model.
