On the Planck & Compton Scales

Abstract

We investigate why the older cosmologies based on the classical zero point energy failed whereas the author's 1997 cosmology based on what may be called the modern zero point field in contrast, correctly explained and anticipated the accelerated expansion of the universe, that was subsequently observed.
