False Particles

Abstract

Regions of empty space may appear to contain false particles. This possibility together with other assumptions in this essay may address the question: Why is there something rather than nothing at all?  The answer may be: There is nothing substantially real.  Perhaps nothingness is essentially a universe of false particles that appear to interact with each other.
