ON PROJECTIONS ON H₁(n) AND SO₁(n) IN MINKOWSKI SPACE

Abstract

The set of spatial rigid body motions forms a Lie group known as the homogen group H₁(n) in Minkowski space. In this paper, We consider H₁(n) to be a submanifold of GL(n,ℝ) and define The Frobenious norm on GL(n,ℝ) in Minkowski space. Finally we study the projections on H₁(n) and SO₁(n).
