Cyclic Codes over the ℤ_4 + uℤ_4 + vℤ_4 + wℤ_4 + uvℤ_4

Abstract

In this paper, we investigate linear codes and cyclic codes over the ring R_B=ℤ_4 + uℤ_4 + vℤ_4 + wℤ_4 + uvℤ_4, where u^2=u, v^2=v, w^2=w, uv=vu, uw=vw=0 . We also define a Gray map from R_B  to Z_4^5.
