By assuming that the deceleration parameter is constant, Bianchi type-I cosmological models with a variable cosmological term A in the Einstein field equation are taken into consideration. According to what we discovered, the cosmological constant decreases with time. Additionally mentioned were physical and kinematical behaviour.
