Plausible Further Connection Between Photon Mass and Variation of the Fine Structure Constant

Abstract

In this paper, we explores the plausible further connection between the mass of photon and the observed cosmic variation of the Fine Structure Constant (FSC). In an earlier paper, we argued that the observed variation in the FSC may have something to do with the variation of the permittivity of free space. We reach the same conclusion from a different angle in this paper.
