On Some Identities for the Laguerre Polynomials

Abstract

We give a simple proof of a recent identity obtained by Shao-He-Pan for the generalized Laguerre polynomials. Besides, we exhibit an expression for the Laguerre polynomials in terms of their associated polynomials.
