Modified Holographic Ricci Dark Energy Bianchi Type-III Cosmological Model in Lyra Manifold

Abstract


In this work, we consider Bianchi type-III space-time in the presence of matter and modified holographic Ricci dark energy components in Lyra ( Mathematische Zeitschrift 54:52,1951) manifold. The gravitational field equations of this theory have been solved using hybrid expansion law proposed by Akarsu et al. (Int. J. Theor. Phys. 51: 612, 2012) and a relation between metric potentials. The solution represents spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type-III modified holographic Ricci dark energy model in Lyra manifold. The dynamical parameters of the model are computed and their physical significance has been discussed. The deceleration parameter of the model indicates that there occurs a transition from early decelerated phase to the present accelerated phase of the universe. This fact supports the cosmological observations of modern times.
